The chassis protection solution is a thixotropic mixture of bitumen, synthetic resins, solvents and special inhibitors. After evaporation, a robust elastic film remains, providing protection against environmental effects and corrosion from road salt used in road de-icing. The solution has excellent corrosion protection properties. The product is thixotrophic and can therefore be applied as a non-drip coating. This means that it can be painted in a thin coat in a single application.
Properties
- high abrasion resistance
- protection against stone impacts
- protecting the underside of the floor after accident repairs
- outstanding rigidity
- covers paint mist
Field of use
For covering the paint mist in the wheel well, as well as for repairing or topping up existing coatings for the wheel well.
floor underfloor of motor vehicles.
How to use
Surfaces to be treated with the black protective antifungal must be thoroughly cleaned beforehand. Rust must be
removed. The surfaces must be dry and free from dirt, grease and dust.
Protective Antifungal can be applied using the spray gun.
Shake can vigorously before use. Do not leave containers open as a puddle will form on the surface of the material.
The coating can be applied on vertical surfaces with wet film thickness up to 1.5 mm. It is recommended to be
sprayed using a criss-cross pattern to avoid spray shading. The vehicle will be ready to drive after approximately 2 hours, depending on weather conditions and coating thickness. Final drying takes approx. 12 - 24 hours.
Important
Do not spray on moving parts and hot components such as mechanical joints, engine, transmission, driveshaft
engine, exhaust pipe, catalytic converter and brake systems. A stuck spray gun can cause the can to explode.
Follow the operating instructions for the spray gun. Clean the spray gun after use.
